PERISHABLE SHIPPING PROTECTION

We understand that shipping perishable items like our Frozen Garden products can be a concern. That's why we strongly encourage all one-time customers to select our Shipping Protection option when checking out. Shipping Protection provides valuable coverage in case your package is delayed during transit and arrives no longer frozen, gets damaged, lost, or stolen. If any of those situations occur, we'll replace your entire order at no additional cost.

However, if you opt out of Shipping Protection, replacement coverage will only apply if your shipment arrives on time with no visible damage but the contents have defrosted. Utilizing Shipping Protection gives you peace of mind that your frozen order will arrive safely or be promptly replaced if issues arise.

Please note - Perishable Shipping Protection is automatically include for free for all Subscription orders.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

❄️ ALL ORDERS SHIP FROZEN WITH DRY ICE ❄️

Due to the logistics of shipping frozen and ensuring your Frozen Garden goodies arrive in a timely (and frozen) manner on your doorstep, we are only able to ship orders out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (Zone 1 & 2 also ship on Thursdays if Saturday delivery is available). All orders placed by 11:59pm EST the night before will ship out on the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, with the exception of major holidays and/or weather forecasts that may result in delays during transit.

SHIPPING COSTS

Due to the logistics and cost of shipping frozen items, there is a minimum order amount of $49. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $125 or more and on all Subscribe and Save orders.
